Tumefactive Multiple Sclerosis Mimicking a Tumor

Abstract:
Multiple Sclerosis is the most common demyelinating disease seen in adult neurologic practice. A case of 20 years old female patient presented to the Neurology department with complaints of tingling sensation in face, deviation of face towards the left side, unable to chew food properly and double vision.
