Abstract:
This cross sectional study was carried out in the department of Radiology and Imaging of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University,Dhaka, to establish diagnostic usefulness of diffusion weighted MRI in evaluation of acute ischaemic stroke & to assess the efficacy of diffusion weighted MRI in the diagnosis of acute ischaemic stroke.
