Abstract :
Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour (MPNST) comprise approximately 5-10% of all soft tissue sarcomas. This may characterized by their ability to occasionally reproduce mimicking the clinical and morphological appearance of Pott’s disease, making diagnosis difficult. We reported this case in 27 year old male who underwent for biochemical & radiological examinations. Here we concluded that all clinical, radiological, serological
& histopathological findings give better result to diagnosis the rare malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour.
