Abstract
Although spinal ependymoma is the most common primary tumor of the spinal cord, multiple primary spinal ependymomas involving multiple spinal segments is very rare and can be seen either in genetically predisposed patients like neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF-2) or can be seen sporadically.
