Abstract
Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare benign adrenal neoplasm of mature adipose tissue and a variable amount of hematopoietic elements. Most lesions are small and asymptomatic, discovered incidentally during autopsy or imaging studies performed for other reasons. One case of adrenal myelolipoma is presented here which was hormonally inactive and was asymptomatic and was discovered incidentally during ultrasound examination for LUTS (lower urinary tract symptoms) which was evaluated latter by CT scan.
